Shipping & Returns

We will begin to process your order after you placing it as soon as possible. The process will take two stages. After the receiving of your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. We pick and pack goods, then deliver the packages to express or a transport company. And then, the goods are transported and delivered to you, the time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Processing time

The period of time from you submit the orders to the orders are handed over to express or a transport company.

Since most of our products are small even little things, and wholesale orders usually contain different categories’ products in different quantity, in order to ensure orders’ quantity accuracy and safe packing, pick and pack the orders takes time, we will ship the goods out in 1 to 3 business days after you place the order.

If you place an order on the weekend, we will process it on the next business day.

Occasionally, situations like temporary stock out or receive too many orders in a short time may slow down the processing speed.

Big order usually contains more products, it may take 2 to 5 business days to process (pick up, check and pack).

Shipping method

We ship all goods through international express like FedEx/DHL/UPS/Aramex and Airmail to most countries of the world. We can ship to most countries in North America, South America, Western Europe, Oceania, Eastern Asia, and South-east Asia. If you have doubts, you can contact us to confirm shipping information before submitting your order. If an order payment is cleared and the address is found not included in our shipping countries, we will full refund the buyer.

When your order is shipped, we will send you a notification email, you can find a tracking number in the email, which can be used to track your order state online via FedEx/DHL/UPS/Aramex/EMS website. Following are the websites:

Shipping Time

Different shipping companies will take different shipping times. Generally, express takes 3-7 business days, EMS takes 10-15 days and the Airmail takes 20-30 business days. But some factors may cause delays on international shipping, like weather, traffic control, duties, taxes and custom service. Most of these factors are out of our control.

Customs duty & Taxes

The prices and freight on our website are not including customs duty or taxes. Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. It's always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties. In most countries, however, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. The proper way to deal with this problem is, customers study the relevant laws of their country or consult their local customs agency, and then inform us the value you want to declare before we ship your order.  We'll declare your order value according to your instructions.
